PolicyPeep ("we," "us") is a marketing brand of All American Agency Insurance, a licensed insurance producer. This policy explains what we collect when you use policypeep.com and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- What you tell us. Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, state of residence, sex as listed on your birth certificate, nicotine use, general health description, and the coverage amount and term you're interested in.
- What we collect automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the ad or link that brought you here (campaign tags and click identifiers).
- Application information. If you continue into an application, the quoting and application platform operated by BackNine Insurance and Financial Services collects additional information directly from you, including medical and financial details. That collection is governed by BackNine's and the insurance carrier's own privacy policies.
How we use it
- To generate insurance quotes and process any application you choose to start.
- To contact you about your quote by phone, text, or email, where you have consented.
- To measure which advertisements produce quote requests, and to improve the site.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations as a licensed producer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or share it with other insurance agencies or lead buyers. We share it only with:
- Insurance carriers you ask us to quote or apply to;
- BackNine Insurance and Financial Services, which operates our quoting and e-application platform, and our customer relationship management vendor;
- Service providers who host the site and process analytics on our behalf;
- Regulators, or others, where required by law.
Advertising and analytics
We use advertising and analytics technologies from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Google. These providers may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure ad performance and to show you ads on their platforms. You can limit ad personalization in each platform's own settings, and you can block cookies through your browser. We do not send these providers your health information.
Text messages and calls
If you check the consent box and submit your phone number, you agree that we and our licensed agents may contact you at that number about life insurance — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS text. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or call us at (888) 858-8467. You may also ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@policypeep.com or calling (888) 858-8467. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the right to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Data security and retention
The site is served over TLS and information you submit is transmitted encrypted. We keep quote and application records for as long as required by insurance recordkeeping rules in the applicable state, and then delete or de-identify them.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
